Services Provided

CutPoint Vinyl provides vinyl cutting services only. We do not offer:

• Printed vinyl

• Full vehicle wraps

• Application or installation services
  
  

All decals are custom cut to order and supplied ready for customer application. Customers are responsible for applying the vinyl themselves using appropriate tools and methods.

Customer Responsibility

By placing an order with CutPoint Vinyl, you acknowledge that:

• You have provided accurate dimensions, design details, colours, and surface information.

• You are responsible for applying your decals correctly.

• Vinyl decals are not reusable; removing a decal may damage it or reduce adhesion.

Layered / Multi-Colour Decals

• Most layered designs are pre-aligned to simplify application.

• Large decals may be supplied in sections.

• CutPoint Vinyl is not responsible for misalignment, air bubbles, or errors resulting from customer application.

HTV / Fabric Vinyl

• Heat Transfer Vinyl (HTV) is designed for fabrics and requires correct heat, pressure, and technique for proper adhesion.

• CutPoint Vinyl is not responsible for errors or damage caused during HTV application.

Quotes & Payments

• All quotes are free and non-binding until accepted in writing.

• Production begins only after payment is received.

• Prices may vary depending on decal size, number of layers/colours, and complexity.

Delivery

• Decals are shipped via trusted courier services.

• Delivery times are estimates, depending on production, courier schedules, and location.

• Application instructions are provided digitally.

Limitation of Liability

• CutPoint Vinyl will not be liable for damages resulting from improper application, surface preparation errors, or removal of decals.

• By ordering, you accept that decals are supplied as-is for customer application.

Communication Policy

• All custom orders must be submitted in writing (preferably via Google Form, email, or WhatsApp).

• Orders or instructions received verbally will not be accepted.

• Written communication ensures accuracy, traceability, and protection for both parties.
