The surface you apply vinyl to is critical. Clean and smooth surfaces produce the best adhesion.
Glass and mirrors
Acrylic and plastic
Smooth painted walls or sealed wood
Vehicles (fully cured paint only)
Textured or rough walls
Unsealed wood or raw surfaces
Rusted or peeling surfaces
Tip: Clean surfaces with soap and water or rubbing alcohol. Allow to dry completely before applying vinyl.
Measure and mark where the decal will go.
Use painter’s tape or light pencil marks to align large or layered decals.
For smaller decals, take extra care to position accurately before peeling the backing.
Tip: Once vinyl touches the surface, repositioning is difficult and may damage the decal.
Slowly peel the backing paper from your decal.
Place the decal carefully onto the surface.
Use a squeegee, credit card, or similar flat tool to smooth out air bubbles and ensure full adhesion.
Work from the center outward for best results.
Remove the transfer tape slowly and carefully. Vinyl may not stick fully right away, so take your time to avoid tearing the decal or shifting its position. Continuously check that the vinyl is adhering to the surface and not lifting as you peel off the transfer tape.
Most layered decals are pre-aligned for easy application.
For very large designs, sections may be supplied separately.
Carefully remove transfer tape from the top layer after all layers are applied.
Smooth each layer with a squeegee/ credit card to avoid air bubbles.
Tip: Take your time — alignment is key for a professional finish.

Indoor decals: Can last 5+ years if applied to a smooth, clean surface. Avoid direct friction or rubbing.
Outdoor decals: Can last 3–5+ years depending on sun exposure, wind, and weather. Position in shaded or protected areas if possible to extend lifespan.
Cleaning: Wipe gently with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid harsh scrubbing, abrasive cleaners, or high-pressure washing.
Temperature changes: For indoor and outdoor decals, extreme heat or cold can affect adhesion. Allow surfaces to acclimate before application.
Vinyl decals are designed for one-time application only. Once a decal is applied and removed, it will not retain full adhesion and may tear, stretch, or lose quality.
For best results:
Plan your placement carefully before applying.
Apply to a clean, smooth, and dry surface.
Use the provided transfer tape and follow alignment guidance (if layered).
