We specialise in custom vinyl cutting for personal, business, and event projects. All decals are cut to your exact specifications, no printing, full wraps, or application is included. 

Absolutely! Our categories are only guidelines. If you have an idea, big or small, single or multi-colour, layered or simple, submit it for a free quote and we’ll guide you through sizing, colour options, and surfaces if needed.

All custom orders require written communication for accuracy. We prefer submissions via our Google Form, but you may also contact us by email or WhatsApp if necessary.

Please provide all design details, sizes, number of colours/layers, and surface type to ensure an accurate quote.

All decals are custom cut to order and carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Once production is complete, we ship your decals via a trusted courier service.

• For layered or multi-colour decals, layers may be pre-aligned or supplied in sections for easier application.

Delivery times depend on production time and courier service, as each order is custom-made:

1. Quote Approval & Payment: Production begins only after payment is received.

2. Production Time: Typically 1–5 business days for standard orders, depending on complexity. Layered or large decals may take slightly longer.

3. Courier / Shipping: Domestic delivery usually takes 1–3 business days, depending on your location and courier service.

Vinyl adheres best to smooth, clean, and non-porous surfaces, including:

• Glass & mirrors

• Acrylic & plastics

• Smooth painted walls or wood

• Vehicles (fully cured paint only)

Avoid textured, rough, or unsealed surfaces as they may reduce adhesion or cause tearing.

Applying vinyl decals is simple, but proper preparation ensures a clean, professional finish. Each decal comes ready to apply with transfer tape (if layered or detailed), and instructions are provided digitally.

Quick Tips:

1. Prepare the surface: clean, smooth, and dry surfaces work best. Avoid textured, rough, or dusty areas.

2. Plan placement: measure and align your decal carefully before peeling.

3. Apply slowly: peel the backing, place the decal, and smooth out air bubbles using a squeegee, credit card or similar tool.

4. Layered designs: pre-aligned layers can be applied together; large decals may be supplied in sections.

No, vinyl decals are designed for one-time application only. Once applied and removed, they may tear, stretch, or lose adhesion. Always plan placement carefully before applying. 

Indoor decals: 5+ years

Outdoor decals: 3–5+ years, depending on sun exposure, weather, and maintenance

Proper surface preparation and application greatly improve lifespan.

Yes! We can cut layered or multi-colour designs. Layers are usually pre-aligned for ease of application. For very large decals, layers may be supplied in sections. 

No, we provide cutting services only. Customers are responsible for applying their own decals. Instructions and tips are provided for layered or detailed designs. 

CutPoint Vinyl offers two main types of vinyl, each with different uses and application methods:

HTV (Heat Transfer Vinyl)

• Used for: Fabric items like t-shirts, hoodies, tote bags, aprons, or uniforms.

• Application method: Requires heat (heat press or household iron) to transfer the design onto the fabric.

• Durability: Can last 30–50+ washes if applied and cared for properly.

• Key tips: Works best on cotton, polyester, or cotton/poly blends. Not recommended for nylon or very stretchy fabrics unless using special HTV.
  
  

Adhesive Vinyl

• Used for: Hard surfaces like glass, acrylic, plastic, wood, mirrors, walls, or vehicles.

• Application method: Peel-and-stick with transfer tape. No heat required.

• Durability: Indoor decals can last 5+ years, outdoor decals 3–5+ years depending on sun, weather, and surface.

• Key tips: Works best on smooth, clean, and dry surfaces. Vinyl is not reusable once applied.

Written communication ensures all order details are clearly documented, reducing mistakes and misunderstandings. Orders via phone or verbal instructions are not accepted.
