1. Purchases and Returns

All decals and vinyl products sold by CutPoint Vinyl are custom-cut and made to order.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information for their orders.
Returns and refunds: Customers may return items only if they are defective or damaged upon delivery. We do not accept returns on custom-made or personalized items for other reasons. Please contact us at info@cutpointvinyl.co.za before returning any item.
Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method.

2. Prohibited Activities

When using our Website or services, you agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

Using our services to advertise or offer to sell goods and services unrelated to CutPoint Vinyl.
