1. Order Processing & Production

• All decals are custom cut to order. Production begins only after payment is received.

• Quote Approval & Payment: Orders must be paid in full before production starts.

• Production Time: Standard orders typically take 2–5 business days to produce, depending on complexity. Layered or large decals may take slightly longer.
  
  

2. Shipping & Delivery

• We use trusted courier services to deliver all orders.

• Standard Shipping (Nationwide): R100

• Overnight / Express Shipping: Additional fees apply, depending on the delivery region.

• International Shipping: Available on special request. Customers are responsible for covering all shipping costs.

• Delivery Times: Domestic delivery typically takes 1–3 business days after dispatch, depending on location and courier schedules. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to order volume, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.
  
  

3. Tracking

• All orders include a tracking number. You will receive this via email once your order has shipped.
  
  

4. Packaging & Care

• Each order is carefully packaged to ensure your decal arrives in perfect condition.

• For layered or multi-colour decals, layers may be pre-aligned or supplied in sections to make application easier.

• Application instructions are provided digitally and can be accessed anytime via the Vinyl Application Guide page on our website.
  
  

5. Damaged or Lost Packages

• If your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately.

• Proof of damage (e.g., photos of the packaging and decal) will be required before any refund, replacement, or other resolution is considered.

• CutPoint Vinyl is not responsible for courier delays, but we will assist in resolving delivery issues with the courier.
  
  

6. Changes & Cancellations

• Orders can be changed or cancelled before production begins (i.e., before payment is received).

• Once production has started, changes or cancellations are only possible on a case-by-case basis, at CutPoint Vinyl’s discretion.
